Together We Serve

Mobile Outreach Team

In partnership with the local Salvation Army, the Foundation engages in a new mobile outreach program for the homeless. This includes meals, toiletries, and other essential items as well as providing some referrals to other resources.

We are always in need of volunteers that would be willing to help prepare meals that will be delivered on a regular basis and volunteers to assist in distributing items on the canteen. This may be accomplished through groups or individuals.

BloomCare Wound Kits

As part of our Mobile Outreach efforts, the Hyacinth Scarlett Foundation provides BloomCare Wound Kits to support basic first aid needs among underserved and unhoused community members.

Each kit is thoughtfully assembled with essential items, including:

  • Saline cleansing wipes

  • Bandages (Band-Aids)

  • Disposable antibiotic ointment packets

These kits are designed to help prevent infection, promote proper wound care, and offer immediate relief for minor cuts and injuries, especially for individuals who may not have regular access to medical care.

BloomCare Wound Kits are distributed alongside meals and essential supplies through our outreach efforts, helping us extend compassionate, practical care directly into the community.

We welcome volunteers and donors who would like to support the preparation and distribution of these kits as part of our ongoing mission to meet basic needs.
